Brittany Marques is the Director of Risk Adjustment at Healthy Partners and is a certified Risk adjustment coder (CRC) with AAPC. Before joining Healthy Partners, she began her career in the medical industry 13 years ago, working in the primary care and interventional cardiology fields. Ms. Marques joined the Healthy Partners team more than 7 years ago and has held several roles within the Risk Adjustment department on her way to the top of the department. Brittany is responsible for overseeing business and strategic initiatives for the Medicare Risk Adjustment coding services. This involves ongoing training and education, process improvement, providing guidance and support to other leaders regarding work functions, health information management, compliance, and account follow-ups.
